DO YOU DO COMMISSION WORK?
As much as I’d love to be able to paint all the unique pieces I get requests for, I simple can’t without taking too much time away from my family. I only accept a limited number of commissions a year. It is not something that I have open or or am accepting at this time.

DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM SIZING FOR PRINTS?
I do! If there is a custom size that you are wanting you can email an inquiry to emilydaviscollection@gmail.com. I also work with several print shops to offer custom textures and finishes.

WHO MAKES YOUR PRINTS?
I do! Each print is uniquely special, in that it is printed in house and hand cut to it’s specific size. I take a lot of pride in my craft and the fine art prints that I produce and use only the highest quality archival paper and ink. My giclee prints are printed on 340gsm textured paper, and have even been mistaken for real paintings.

WHEN DO YOU RELEASE NEW ORIGINAL WORK?
My original work is created by inspiration. There is no set amount of paintings that I create each month or set day that I release them. I typically create anywhere from 3-8 new originals every other month. Releases usually happen individually per piece or as a collection. All new releases are announced via social media or through my newsletter. You can sign up for my newsletter at the top of my contact page.

SHIPPING TIMES AND EXPECTATIONS
All orders are processed and shipped within 10 business days. All orders are shipped in the order that they are received. orders for art prints ship within 3-5 business days unless there is an influx of orders due to an ongoing sale. in the even of an influx of orders your order could take but will not exceed 10 business days to ship.
All art prints are packaged in a clear protective sleeve with backing, which is then shipped in a rigid flat mailer. In the event of an order consisting of multiple prints your order may be shipped in a box to ensure quality upon arrival and protection.
All original painting are packaged with a clear protective sleeve and backing, that is then wrapped with a protective layer of glassine paper as well as decorative packaging, It is then shipped in either a rigid flat mailer, or a box upon your request.
All framed art prints or framed original paintings are packaged with a layer of glassine paper as well as bubble wrap and biodegradable packing peanuts. They are then shipped in a box to ensure proper protection of the frame.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes I do. I ship from the United States and currently have shipping open to multiple international countries. If you don’t see your country at the time of checkout please email me at emilydaviscollection@gmail,com to ask that your country be added. Please note that with international orders, some countries may charge customs fees which the receiver will be required to pay. If the fee is not paid by the receiver, the order is then returned to my office by post, at which point I can offer a full refund or I will ask that you pay the additional shipping to have it re-shipped to you.

RETURN POLICY
All sales are final except with the exception of damaged or stolen goods. In the event of items being stolen or lost during shipment, a full refund will be issued one week after your package should have arrived to allow for any delay in shipping. If after that week your package still has not arrived a full refund will be issued immediately. For international shipments please allow 2-3 weeks to ensure your package is not delayed before receiving your refund.
In the case of damaged goods the receiver has the option of receiving a full refund or a replacement of the item if applicable. Replacements are only made available in the case of the item being an art print, and not in the cases of framed prints or original paintings.
If framed art prints or original paintings are received damaged then a full refund will immediately be issued.
Returns are not accepted 60 days after purchase.

WHO OWNS THE RIGHTS TO YOUR WORK?
I do. All artwork and the rights thereto are owned by Emily Davis including the right to produce and sell the Artist’s original artwork and the right to make reproductions of any kind, both original or print, in any way. The collector may not reproduce any artwork without the artists permission. Nor may the collector sell reproductions of the artwork without the artists permission.
