Art prints

Because my art prints are made to order, all sales are final except with the exception of damaged or stolen goods, or lost items.

In the event of items being stolen or lost during shipment, a full refund will be issued one week after your package should have arrived to allow for any delay in shipping. If after that time, your package still has not arrived a full refund will be issued immediately.

For international shipments please allow 3-4 weeks to ensure your package is not delayed before receiving your refund.

In the case of damaged goods the receiver has the option of receiving a full refund or a replacement of the item.

Replacements will be shipped immediately upon request.

Framed prints

Framed prints are also final sale. In the event of stolen or lost goods a full refund will be issued.

If the item arrived damaged and the damage can be repaired, you can either request a full refund, or you can request that I fix the item. A return label will be issued so that you may return the item to me, where I will then fix the item and ship the item back to you.

Unfortunately due to the fact that most of the frames I offer are antique and one of a kind, I cannot offer a replacement of the item if it is lost or stolen. In both of those cases a full refund will be issued immediately.

Original work

All sales of original work are final. please read the description of the item and double check measurements before purchasing. photos of original work are taken with as accurate coloring as possible. please note that everyones monitor shows colors differently.

If your original painting arrived damaged during shipping a full refund will be issued.

If item is lost or stolen a full refund will also be issued, as a replacement item cannot be offered due to the fact that all original work is unique and cannot be easily replicated.

Refunds will not be issued after 60 days of purchase. please examine your item before this deadline in order to request a return.
